Like many moms today I have a full-time job, and I am trying my best each day to juggle my career and my family life. I'm a Senior Systems Analyst for a major food manufacturing plant in Niagara Falls as well as a first-time mom to my beautiful daughter Lindsay.
Ever since Lindsay was born in June of 2002, I've been on a quest to find new ways to improve my work-life balance. I wanted to spend more time with my family without having to give up my career. I needed to prove to myself that it is possible to have a successful career and run a happy household at the same time.
